Q: How you do the quality control?
A: 1) Each furnace of molten iron produced undergoes dual inspection and recording via both a spectrometer and an on-site carbon-silicon analyser.

2) Mechanical property testing is conducted on casting samples taken from every furnace alongside the production batch.

3) Workpieces undergo full visual inspection, with non-destructive testing performed either as sampling or comprehensive checks according to customer requirements.

Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A: 1) For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first,and then also will be covered thin filmson the mould , finally pack into fumigation wooden case.
2) And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer's request to pack.
